She was terrible! Saw her at Prompt Care for upper respiratory issues and never even checked throat or lymph nodes. Then, after realizing she called in prescription at 9 pm on a Sunday night to a pharmacy that wasn’t open and asking her to instead call it into a 24-hour pharmacy , she refused. When asked why, she would not even come out to discuss. She told the poor girls out front to say it was a “provider decision.” If she’s representive of Crouse, stay away!
