I tried multiple times to contact this office. No message service and no answer.

I had a pleasant experience with Sara Gaffney. She listened to my needs and explained herself in a manner I could understand. I'm happy with my first pair of hearing aids and it's so nice to hear people once again.

I've had over a dozen hearing tests in my life and the test this person did was joke. She alters the test to suit her "agenda?" (whatever that could possibly be). She repeats the same words over and over in her own voice which once you know the word, your ears can distinguish it easier. She over enunciates the words which anyone with hearing loss knows, this is not a "real life" approach to evaluate hearing. I found her attitude unkind, condescending, and lacking is any kind of genuine interest to help with concerns and questions. If you are assigned this "audiologist", ask for another. This one should have taken up a career in something that doesn't deal with patients / the public. I left her office feeling frustrated, upset, confused, and misunderstood.

when we first met we got off the wrong foot, then I thought I should give her another chance but it seem that we cant get off the wrong foot the last thing I told her not to use my right ear but she had to talk in my right ear and it triggered my vertigo and it day 8 and I am still sick from the vertigo and it was my worst one I ever had in a longest time! now I know once on the wrong foot it seem no mater how many time I give it a try it not a good idea to stay with her. but that is my experience it could be that our personality clash or just she dont like me as much as I dont like her anymore.
