I came in with a sore throat and had lost my voice for a couple days. I told her my symptoms and she only checked me for covid, no other throat conditions. She told me it “sounds like we just need to get the drainage cleared up.” I asked her opinion on the possibility of needing an antibiotic because I had been with in-laws who had upper respiratory infections and needed antibiotics. She responded, “oh, you want an antibiotic? Is that what you want? An antibiotic?” She asked in a very condescending way that you would think I was asking for pain medicine. She prescribed me a decongestant (which I told her I had already been taking) and was sick for another week. Fast forward and I am having recurrent strep and believe it was most likely strep that I had at that point. I was very upset after that visit and I almost didn’t return to the practice because of her.

This physician assistant is just as the other two reviewers stated, ARROGANT! There is no time for that ever in what is supposed to be a safe medical setting where you are seeking help. She was rude to me and my son and ignored my questions and had to ask her repeatedly until she was then forced to address my question and was so angry she couldn’t contain her composure, unbelievable! She left the room without answering an important heath question I asked and when I told a nurse, she went to get her to come back and she came back angrily stomping her high heels down the hallway back to our room and my child was literally afraid of her. What a nightmare experience from what is supposed to be a medical professional! All one star reviews speak volumes people, pay attention and stay away from this physicians assistant, she gives the rest of them a bad name for sure.

She rushes through the visit, does NOT listen to the patient and is very arrogant.

She is very arrogant and does not listen to her patients. She needed to be pushed to refer me to a specialist. Who then treated me.
