Dr. Sara Chase, LP

She evaluated my daughter recently. Dr Chase took her time and made sure that she was comfortable. I received the evaluation results in two weeks and she made sure that the results were things that would help my daughter now and when she goes to high school next year. One of her teachers had a specific question and Dr Chase responded the next day to provide the information.

I had an evaluation with Sarah Chase. I never received results. I was billed $700 for nothing. This is upsetting.

We can't get results for appointment done over 3 months ago.

If I could give zero stars I would . This is the most irresponsible, incompetent doctor I ever took my son to be tested. He was tested for 3 hours be Sarah Chase earlier 2020. She never sent me the results, I have called and left several messages. Since no one ever answer the phones. She NEVER replied. Do not take your child to this so called psychologist.

I've been trying to get a hold of this person over a staff member abusing me at her office. The Staff member (Jen) verbally assaulted me over the phone, yelling using profanity before hanging up on me. I have PTSD and severe anxiety all my life. I've been a patient for 5 years at this location receiving treatment. I am going make sure everyone knows to stay clear of this Clinic ran by Dr. Sara Chase.

Well same issue as most posted here. She does not return phone calls. I left kind voice mails regarding a question about my child and you would think a professional would return a call. I would not recommend Sara Chase.

Had my son tested. Funds were immediately cashed. Would not return phone calls, emails. Office staff kept giving excuses why the reports were not done. It took OVER two months to get the results- and ONLY after I contacted my insurance company to file a complaint and they reached out to the office. Then the report was finally made available. As for the results- not all areas we had concerns in were tested. The report seemed to be a cut and paste. It was a waste of time and now we have to go to another dr and pay out of pocket to do the testing that was not complete.

Had children tested through this doctor. She would not provide test results. She never returned phone calls when I inquired about the results. I finally reached office staff that had multiple excuses of why my results were delayed. I finally received the results over 2 months later after I filed a claim against Abaris health with my insurance company. Also, the information in the written results was different from the information that Dr. Chase had verbally relayed to me during our visit.

Very nice lady at time of Vist she did testing on my mom said we would have results in3 to for 4 weeks it's going on 6 she won't even return our calls very frustrating.
