Thanks to Sangini & her expertise in Postural Restoration Therapy, I journeyed from wheelchair to an active lifestyle. A MRI revealed a fragment lodged in my L5. My orthopaedic doctor recommended PT fearing more serious nerve damage in surgery. After 13 PRT visits to strengthen weak muscles & postural alignment, I can to play Pickleball again without fear (even though the fragment remains)! I saw Dr. Rane seeking help with level 2 hamstring pain. During the treatment, she pushed me to bend forward too far. Something popped in my lower back. Now, in addition to hamstring pain, I have lower back pain at level 4. I do not recommend.
