She was concerned about me

She is a wonderful and professional practitioner. She is knowledgeable and caring about her patients and their well-being. I continue to recommend her to family and friends.

If there was an option to select 0 stars, I would have made it. I have lived all around the US, as well as the world, and have never had a worse provider. Dismisses anything you say that does not fall directly in line with what she has already decided, and is especially spiteful after any slight push back. The most egregious example was my hesitancy to not start multiple different medications at once, when the issues are not at all emergent, or needing immediate action. She would constantly ignore requests, and cancel appointments MINUTES before they were scheduled to occur. Two different times, I saw her in the clinic, when she was supposedly out of office, and unavailable. She will lie to your face, and insult you for calling her out on it. It all sounds ridiculous, I know. I really wish I was exaggerating in the slightest. Her staff would back her up, which is respectable, but would do so by outright lying. "We told you the appointment was cancelled." Not even a voicemail, when they said they spoke to me directly. Billing issues were also a nightmare, because once you're on her bad side, she will ignore and avoid any attempts to make contact. Other staff in the facility admitted these were ongoing issues with that team. 0/10, avoid at all costs. I have all the receipts for this, so Sandra, please motivate me to upload them, by responding.

Sandra is certainly one of the most caring and detail oriented care giver I have ever encountered. No concierge practice would be betterZ Simply put - Above any bars set in healthcare!!!

Awful! Doesn't actually listen, just keeps saying "Yeah", does NOT read the chart notes while attempting to prescribe medicine you have already been on that produced bad side effects, chooses to argue bc she wants to push certain meds you are not okay with (again: have tried them before and they were terrible! Not everything works for everyone!) and wants to get mad and offer RIDICULOUS excuses that insults one's intelligence when it is pointed out. The office doesn't get back to you in a timely manner and heaven forbid you need med refills on time!!! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

I have been through many doctors and specialists the last decade. Sandra is the absolute best practicioner I have seen. She admitted that she didn't know much about my diagnosis, but made an effort to research it during and after my appointment. She actually called me to tell me some information that she had found after my appointment. That has NEVER happened to me before! She is so personable and thoughtful and actually spends time with me during my appointment. She is amazing.

Did not listen to my wife and booked appointments with other specialists when asked not to. Did not code the visit as a preventative exam even though we specifically were looking for a standard annual exam and lipid panel our insurance requires. Months later, we've gotten more calls from specialists she scheduled more appointments with. She is a nightmare. If a health care provider can't be trusted to listen to you on the small things, then why would you trust them with something more serious?
