Today I scheduled to have a cleaning in office of doctor Cove at 12pm. I received a calls to confirm my appointment. At 11:30 I received a message as well. I received a call from office at 11:40 while I already driving to my appointment about they running late by 1hr?????? When I came to office at 1 they canceled my appointment at all. I canceled all my Saturday appointments and wasn’t able to do my cleaning. If you not coming to your appointment office will change you $50.00 Upset
