Lacks communication
“Forgot” to inform me that my husband had coded even though I was his emergency contact and proxy. When i found out THREE DAYS LATER, she basically said “it was only for a couple minutes and he's fine now”. Zero apologies that she had completely dropped the ball, acted as if I was unreasonable for being angry with her lack of communication
