I was shopping around and came across Premear's ad. I was still on the fence after visiting a few places and made an appointment. I am so glad I did. From the moment i went in I felt at home and the other people in the waiting room all seemed to know each other and were happy to be there. I joined in the conversation and asked a few questions about the hearing aids and the office while i was waiting. They all seemed to love Sandra and were telling me all about how well their hearing aids work for them. When it was my turn, I found someone who is very friendly and relaxed and very informative. All my questions were answered and I felt well educated and comfortable. There was no pressure and I honestly felt like i was speaking to a family member. I see now why they win so many awards. My follow up care is amazing and I know i can always reach them anytime. Sandra is amazing and I know I am in great hands.
