She is nice, but not a good therapist. Frequently, our sessions would be cut short because she would overlap her previous clients with my sessions. I would only see her for 30-45 minutes and she would charge me for the full hour. She would also answer phone calls during our sessions and she would be on the phone for the longest time counseling other clients. Whenever I would talk to her about my problems, she would also always look at me like I was crazy and she would be judging me. I felt even more worthless after seeing her, because obviously she did not care to help me since she prioritized her other clients over me and I feel like she thought I was psycho and stupid. She also never offered any real guidance; she would always just say “wow that’s crazy I’m sorry.” She also revealed to me that my parents went to her for marriage counseling, which I had no idea about. Information like that is confidential and she ended up making my anxiety worse. I wouldn’t go to her.
