Dr. Sandra Caldwell has a very good 'bedside manner'. If all of the people with whom I have had to interface with at any of the Mercy Hospital locations were able to demonstrate this, I would be more satisfied. She and I were 'on-the-same-page' in the first few minutes, and the whole interaction only latest about ten minutes total. Dr. Caldwell said that she was planning an extended leave of absence for about three months. [...].
