I had a terrible experience with her. I was suffering so badly emotionally and I was also very angry because of my brothers being very abusive to me. I'm sure she could see the anger in my eyes and my voice but otherwise I was in control of myself, sitting in the chair and describing to her what I was going through. I was desperately hoping and expecting her to be understanding and sympathetic to what I was saying. But I got a cold expression, no sympathy. Not at all understanding. No help!

Okay experience overall. Scheduling can be difficult as appointments need to be booked many weeks even months in advance. Hate having to deal with her secretary Betty, who is very borderline negligent.
