Sandy is one of the best therapists I have ever worked with. Starting with her was easy. We just hit the ground running. I have had depression and anxiety for a long time, and Sandy has helped me deal with those as well as with the deaths of my parents, with a difficult brother, a difficult job, family situations, and chronic illness. She is practical, empathetic, and most helpful in specific situations and in recognizing my depressive/anxious patterns. She is kind and gentle. I cant recommend her more highly.
