Don’t go to him!
He’s the most rude, condescending doctor I’ve ever met.

Alright. He was a little short, a little impersonal. When I asked one question, he was short and pointed to a paper he handed out. Staff was ok. Was needing assistance in walking and I was told to finish the first page and come up. Only to tell me I had 4 more pages to fill out.

Never!
My husband took his hearing aid in to be repaired (broken receiver). He’s had to take it back before. They have to send it out! Whoever they use takes a minimum of 4 weeks to get it back! That’s a month of not being able to hear! This is ridiculous! We will NOT go there anymore!

Dr Kelso was very knowlegable and professional. It took about an hour and now I can hear much better. My hearing aids are working great and I would recommend him to anyone needing hearing aids.

This is not your average doc in box Audiologist. You will know from your first visit the experience and care you are going to receive from Dr. Kelso and his staff. I didn't pay anything out of pocket for my hearing screen and I was able to go home with my hearing aids before having to pay. All patients are given a 30 day trial period. If I didn't like the product I was able to return it without problem. I LOVED mine, so no return was necessary. One year in and I am still happy!

My husband paid abt $3500 several yrs ago for 1 pair Interon Staris Plus Multi Digital hearing aids w/ 6mo warranty. One hearing aid never worked correctly.Within 4 months my husband returned that hearing aid 5-6 times. The last time the receptionist informed him warranty was up.There should have been at least 2 months left on the warranty. My husband told her "No, it can't be up! Besides its never worked right in the first place!"He then asked if he could speak to Sam. She said "No!" Never again!

I was referred to Dr. Kelso by My PCP for hearing loss. He told me to stay away from all of the junk mail that I was getting and go see a real professional. That is exactly what Dr. Kelso is. I was in and out in about an hour and have had absolutley no trouble adjusting to my hearing aids. I've told 2 friends and one has seen him and has had the same great experience. I should have bought hearing aids 10 years ago and am glad I went with Dr. Kelso
