Sameerrial Malone is very friendly. She listens to what you have to say and also tries to help you with any issues you may have. If you have questions she does her best to answer them so that you understand. She doesn’t try to run in and run out. She doesn’t rush you. She takes the time to see how you are and to listen to you. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Doctor or PA who cares about the patient more than the money

I have such fantastic visits with Samerrial Malone. She is caring and very understanding. If she feels that the pain plan you are on is not working she will discuss with you about making a few changes. She leaves it up to the patient if they want to do the changes. If she feels that you may need more work up then she will order it. Sam has always been on top of my pain regimen since I started seeing her. I wouldn't change her as my NP for nothing.

My wife and I are well satisfied with our visit. The only thing you as a clinic that we see is the need to solve is the issue with Barksdale Air Force Base Electronic prescriptions. This is our primary pharmacy and I don’t think we’re the only patients that use them. The pharmacy prefers electronic prescriptions and I don’t want to have to come back after our appointments and pick up paper copies, I hope you will address this issue as soon as possible.
