Samantha is very friendly and seems to genuinely care about her patients. Several appointments have been canceled at the last minute (I'm sure at no fault to her) but I never received a follow-up call to reschedule one of them. When I realized I never got a call, I called the office and it was an 8-month wait (for an appointment the office canceled). Appointments are extremely short (15 minutes) and you have to make sure you ask the right questions as important information isn't voluntarily provided about complex treatment plans. The issues may be a result of the office more than her. I give her 4 stars, the office 1.

Her visits were 15 minutes and she barely took time to talk to me. She focused on prescriptions and kept charging me more and more every visit, without explanation or new diagnosis. Very frustrating experience.
