Let me first start by saying, I was late for my appointment. This was my fault and I can't blame others for this. After having a difficult time parking, I checked in 24 minutes late for my appointment. I apologized and they called back to let her know I was there. She said I would have to reschedule, I asked if I could ask her one question - mind you this was during my appointment time still. The coordinator went back and asked on my behalf and I was again told that Samantha would not see me. The women at the front desk were lovely and while I was rescheduling with another provider, Samontha's next appointment showed up 10 minutes late for her appointment. Samantha (who wasn't seeing a patient since she refused to see me during my timeslot) still made the woman wait five minutes before calling her in (starting the appointment 15 minutes left). This lack of patient care or concern was astonishing to me. I was late, I apologized, and she mistreated me and the patient after me.
