Samantha Estes is my physicians assistant at the perlman clinic for pain management. I was turned away for one of my appointments because i had some fraudulent activity on my account. I was only able to write checks, and unfortunately because of the bounced check situation, I was turned away. However, the manager asked her if it was an emergency to be seen that day. Without seeing me or speaking to me, she deemed it a nonemergency and i was turned away.
