Samantha Debello, PA-C

I planned to get my old IUD removed and a new one inserted by Samantha Debello. The old IUD came out fine, but when the process of “sounding” the uterus came, I was quickly in the worst pain of my life. It genuinely felt like she was stabbing me. After 2 or 3 jabs and little communication, she frustratingly asked someone to grab Dr. Wu, whom I’ve never met before. She came in and quickly restarted the process. Again, she was also forcefully “sounding” my uterus. A couple minutes later, she told me this was not going to happen today. I stayed in the room for 3 hrs due to pain, nausea, and lightheadedness that nobody came back to address. The next day, I had heavy bleeding, intense pain and nausea, which Debello told me was “because yesterday was a lot for me.” I called the nurse line the next day and they told me to go to the ER immediately, the where I found out they had perforated my uterus. I spent weeks in horrible pain and was dismissed by everyone at WC.
