Sam is a very talented chiropractor! I have been to several chiropractors and doctors for a frozen shoulder and Sam has been the only one to solve the problem and not just treat the symptoms. She is very gentle as well as being effective!

Dr. Samantha Boldt with, Live Your Life Integrated Health and Chiropractic, has been treating my family for almost 2 years right here in Erie Colorado! My husband was injured in an accident and was having severe pain and dizziness. Dr. Sam was able to help him in just a few appointments and now lives pain free! Dr. Sam also treated my daughter during her pregnancy to help her stay aligned and pain free. My youngest daughter has always been an active gymnast and now dancer.

I had been suffering from chronic pain in an ankle for a number of years due to an old softball injury. It continued to get worse over the years until becoming uncomfortable to even walk. Visits to a couple of podiatrists did not relieve the problem. It was not until Dr. Sam performed some minor adjustments on my ankle did I notice any improvement. Over the next few months with periodic adjustments the joint improved to the point where I did not feel any discomfort. Dr. Sam was great!
