Samantha was consistently attentive and compassionate from the first visit over 2yrs ago til she left Midtown Practice this year. In fact, Samantha was the only good person, provider, thing about that practice. Omg everyone else sucks. The other providers deny follow up, deny labs, deny care and gaslight you in order to avoid simply, well, working. They avoid Anything related to doing their job unless it’s pretending to listen, rushing you and then flat out refusing to do prior auths, additional testing if symptoms are persistent and to listen to anything we have to say about our health. Not Samantha. She saved my life after catastrophic events in my life by listening, dedicating due time to my appointment, ensuring the lazy staff at midtown practice followed through with their jobs to make referrals, call in meds etc and by referring me to excellent specialists. I wish she hadn’t left.

Samantha Baca is a godsend! She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and shows a genuine concern for my health. I've been to her with very serious concerns as well as mental health issues. She cheers me on every visit. I'm grateful to her for her demeanor and service.

She is super awesome! She has been a literal blessing in my life! She is super patient with me-ALL.THE.TIME! she is caring, nurturing, she genuinely listens, allows you to be a huge part of your own healthcare. Would not trade her for any other provider. If you are looking for an amazing provider...she is it!

She belittled me, was rude, unprofessional and clearly judgmental about “mental health issues.” She does not understand anything that isn’t very, very general and does not listen to patient concerns. I went to this appointment with 3 things in mind and nothing was accomplished. She didn’t even address the first issue. Eventually I got a referral out of her and a sarcastic remark about how soon they’ll get me in....

Samantha Baca is always kind, polite, timely, and caring. She has shown herself to be knowledgable and I haven't experienced any issues. I have heard from other people that they have had issues with the admin/billing/scheduling side of Midtown Family Medicine (I haven't had any problems), but Samantha Baca herself is great.
