Extremely competent, knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Chris, his receptionist is extremely helpful. He made my daughter feel very comfortable and gave us really excellent advice and information.

Dr. Eisner is a pleasant, experienced and good doctor, but his only receptionist/manager, named Chris, is rude and looks miserable. Dr. allowed her rudeness because she's been working there for 31 years! Ok, what does that mean when they don't understand what customer service means? It's not what she said, it's how she said it. She was hostile and rude. She clearly did not understand what customer service meant. Neither did the doctor. I could go to another doctor easily for better service.
