My experience with Dr El Hafi for 10 years has been excellent. Very caring and efficient. Only occasion I had to wait more than an hour was because a patient in the office was having a crisis.

Dr. ElHafi really knows his way around heart medicine. He has treated my wife and myself for years. If you are in the hospital, he will visit you early each day to check on your progress. He is rather stoic but if you try a little antic he will crack a smile. His name bears out who he is, ElHafi, the Chief or the Boss and for me he is for the heart and all of its workings. It took me a while to get to know and understand him but if you work with him he will see you through heart problems.

Very Bad experience, especially with his office staff. Always running late. Expect to wait around 2 hrs even when you come on time. Worse yet, staff handling appointments and billing, as well as some nurses are extremely unprofessional and rude. They forgot to submit $700 claim to my insurance, waited for two years, and then sent my bill to collection agency without contacting me. Now it's too late to submit claim to my then insurance.

As previous reviews have stated, he does not give his patients the time of day to explain anything. My entire consultation was about 60 seconds long, which ended with being prescribed pills for high blood pressure. Since I haven't taken a daily pill in my life I was a bit skeptical, no explaination other than being somewhat reprimanded for not agreeing. My chart showed an abnormal EKG on further review and not one person cared to mention that. Save you time and find care elsewhere.
