Dr. Saba Hans, OD

Amazing doctor, despite other reviews was very kind to me, on time and answered all my questions. Very patient, was not talking down at all and was just nice(which might have been misinterpreted before by others). Im very surprised to see the other reviews, not true at all. Was very sweet and kind. 5 out of 5.

Dr. Hans came into my room and left the door wide open. I was a new patient and she addressed me as if we had met before, then looked down at her chart and said “oh you’re a new patient”, showing that she didn’t read my chart beforehand. Disregarded any concerns I had during my appointment. Didn’t explain what she was doing throughout the appointment. Talked down to me in a condescending way the whole time and ignored my concerns that my eye couldn’t fully focus while reading the chart, and instead told me to blink and wiped the lens of the machine I was looking through. When I was struggling to see the letters, she told me to “make my best guess” even though I told her I was struggling to see. Was skeptical toward my concern that my headaches were due to my eyes. Asked if I had questions and then started packing up her things after answering my first question (I had more but didn’t have the opportunity to ask). Then rushed out the door. Terrible bedside manner. Gave me wrong script.

Went for a regular eye exam. Dr Hans this time. Did not feel she was very knowledgeable. Tended to use blanket medicine. Also used scare type medicine if you don’t do it my way because you are a certain age this is what will happen. Talked down to patients. Will never go back to her again
