Horrible! Barely listened or provided any real solution to the actual health issue. Assumed it was anything other than the sort by relying on statistical odds measuring likelihood anyone could have the problem in question. Not happy whatsoever. Also reinforced/ looked for confirmation in regards to a previous highly offensive and extremely unprofessional accusation relating to substance abuse from a prior visit that also pertained to this same health problem. I had already clarified with health care professionals that no substance abuse has any relation to this, nor is it any psychological condition or anything relating to those categories! Outraged. 3 verifiable attempts to obtain high quality and efficient health care service and all attempts failed, 2 of which included random subtance abuse remarks with ZERO verifiable reason or probable cause to even vocalize such offensive behavior, deeming as offensive due to tone, body language, and unprofessional nature. Not okay by any means!
