Ryan Horning refused to let me come back in the room with my 19yr old daughters appoinment. After my daughter asked the nurse if I could come back she said no and was rude. When PA Ryan Horning came in my daughter told him she wanted me in the room & would be more comfortable with me there. He refused & my daughter said it's never been a problem. He said that's how they do it now & she could see someone else. So she walked out & we were refunded. 4 stars for the front desk. They handled it well.
