Didn't understand issue. Didn't provide correct diagnosis. Didn't prescribe something that would help but instead something he thought would help an issue that I wasn't experiencing. Touched the affected area without gloves. Friendly enough person, but totally incorrect on what to do. I have never wanted my copay back before seeing this guy. Would not recommend.

I have searched for a long time for a health care provider that will actually listen to my concerns. Ryan spent a very long time really hearing what I had to say. He offered me several suggestions and took time to explain each option in detail. It felt great to find somebody that treated me as though I was the only patient he had, like he wasn't in a rush to get to the next person.

While placed at Railside Assisted Living, my husband had a seizure and was hospitalized for a week. There was no follow-up for after care when he was returned to Railside. Staff showed no concern for necessary monitoring of his seizure meds and I removed him before he had another seizure. There was no communication with this PA despite my messages. This was my only contact: Genzink had charged Medicare $521 for a Consultation that has never been shared with me. My payment was $46.13.
