Don't bother
Really disappointed in the lack of care from this physician. Went to see him for ear pressure that had been ongoing for a month, causing headaches and discomfort. He prescribed a steroid in which I finished, however the steroid did nothing for me and the symptoms did not improve. I requested to try an antibiotic in the meantime of waiting for a referral to an ENT and he refused and advised I go to urgent care. Feel completely blown off and will not be seeing this physician again

After going through multiple places and providers, I finally found someone who took the time to listen to my complaints. He seems to actually care about his patients. His whole team is amazing!

Lose the arrogance
Visiting with Ryan was about the 3rd worst physician visit I've ever experienced. Ryan is a very good example of medical gaslighting. Refusing to give me refills on migraine medicine until I see a neurologist (which I have in the past). I've never experienced as many issues getting simple refills for maintenance medications in my life. I'm an extremely healthy person who takes a hormone for thyroid and medications for my headaches. With Ryan it was like having to make an appointment every single time and then begging for refills. And these are not any serious medications either just simple health prevention and maintenance medications. I willingly get my bloodwork done every few months so they can monitor my levels. Talking to him made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He didn't seem to understand people suffer with headaches / migraines and have to keep up a prescription for prevention and for treatment when they do get a migraine or cluster of migraines. He didn't even acknowledg
