Money Hungry
I had seen really good reviews for Dr.Patel online on other sites so, I made an appointment because he was also in network with my insurance plan. When I arrived, he had just taken a patient in who was late to an appointment by over 45 mins, as a result I had to wait to be seen for 30mins. He gave me a general consultation and seemed angry that I was not a self-pay patient. I was hoping for an alignment which he didn't even give me. Never discussed a treatment plan or any recommendations. I was supposed to get a follow up call from the office, and they never did. If you're not a self-pay patient, don't even bother.
