Royce was wonderful and very accommodating. He was clear in his discussion of the options available to me for a procedure. He was thourough and everything went very quickly and smoothly. I made a mistake in my directions and drank water prior to the time of my appointment. He made alternative plans and worked with me even through my mistake.
