Saw her for a routine pediatric tube follow up for my two year old. She was easily frustrated and seemed to fumble over equipment and ultimately could not evaluate my child but immediately started talking about another surgery and adenoids removal because of “national protocol.” Seemed offended when I asked questions. And acted annoyed that she had to explain her recommendation, which was made without a thorough evaluation. It was an awful experience. I’d like to think she’s just not great with children but the way she talked to me and responded to my questions makes me think she’s not great with adults either - at least not ones who ask questions and want explanations.

Lack of care for patients, acts like she's being bothered, very rude. If I could give her a zero I would.

If I could leave a negative star review for this provider I would. She should not be allowed to treat children. I work in the medical field myself and I understand everyone has a bad day. However, my 10 minute experience with her was a nightmare. My son is 3 years old and had constant bleeding from his ear for approximately 7 hours. Ms. Hall was the first provider we could get in to see. She lacked any concern, empathy and posses a terrible bedside manner. She threw her hands up and refused to help because my son, who again is 3 years old, was afraid of the otoscope and micro-suction device. I pray my son does not have permanent damage to his ear drum. I would not recomend anyone take their child to her.

I am a new patient at Charleston ENT & Allergy South Mt. Pleasant. Roxanne Hall did a thorough exam and quickly diagnosed and resolved my ear issues ! I look forward to becoming a long term patient of this practice. Great experience.
