Doctor Rossie has been taking care of my entire family for about 8 years. He is always patient with the children and the staff are super friendly. We have Palmetto Health Blue Cross Blue Shield and no one else has ever honored our insurance, but instead charged us all of our fees out of pocket. Dr. Watts is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our yearly eye exams. His prices are also much lower than the other Walmart doctors in town. Best bang for your buck!
