Rossana Rosales, NP

Dr. Rosales was in the room when I was getting dressed. She was typing on her computer while on the side of the curtain I was naked on. She made a snide remark about inquiring about a blood test saying I was trying to get the most bang for my buck. She scheduled appointments for 8:40am without informing me and upon rescheduling ignored my request for a later time. I was open about my anxiety issues around health and that information only led to a mental health reference to Behavioral Health references. I offered my General Anxiety Disorder disclosure in an intentional attempt to increase the potential of our communication. I thought the Doctor would be more accommodating. Rather I felt unheard. She may be a great Dr. I haven’t worked with her enough. Her attitude and communication were unprofessional and she made me feel financially ashamed.
