Rosemary Forster, PA

Unfortunately, she is my Neurosurgeon's PA. When I was truly in need after surgery she mocked me multiple times and gave advice she intended on being insulting. Rosemary is pure evil.

Walked in the room didn’t introduce herself. Had no idea who she was because we didn’t make an appointment with her. Not very knowledgeable. She did not make us feel comfortable. Shocked she even has a license to practice medicine. DO NOT GET TREATED BY HER.

This PA spent an hour with me 12/22/22 . She seemed thorough, but she was very short, dismissive and condescending to me and my husband who came with me for support . She said I did not need a spine surgeon and that I could benefit from seeing a neurologist for pain control. She said she would refer me. About 10 days later no referral and no clinical notes were in my online account ( after summary visit reports & notes done by Sutter doctors go into our accounts). My primary doctor confirmed that Forster never made any clinical notes or reports. No referral . I send an electronic message and was told her dictation was lost snd she had now left for a 3 week vacation. Left 2 phone messages for the doctor she works under with no response to date. No date (2/21/23) no clinical report has been made and she and the doctor are ignoring my telephone calls & e messages. I will be making a formal complaint. I cannot be the only one complaining! Unacceptable care!

This PA is the worst person I have come across in the medical profession. She has been so rude to my husband after his surgery a year ago. Was dismissive of his complaints of pain and leg weakness which resulted in him loosing the use of his legs after an MRI. They came back after about an hour. When that happened all the sudden it was urgent that he get to an emergency room. No thanks to her we went to a local hospital they did another MRI and found his spinal cord was cut off at T11-T12. They transported him down to Sutter General. The surgeon that took over called and told me if my husband didn’t have surgery the next day he could end up permanently paralyzed. If you are referred to her run in the other direction. I’m filling a complaint with Sutter and anywhere else I can.

This person should not be in healthcare. My mother-in-law recently lost her husband and after back surgery this PA said “sorry your husband died, i have a husband to help me”. She cut off our family rudely and insulted the whole family with how she spoke to us. She cut off my Mother-in-laws medication after surgery and told my brother in law she was not surprised he was single. Worst bed side manner of any provider i have ever seen. Sutter should be aware of the horrible care patients are receiving. Not surprised by her poor ratings.

I absolutely loved her!

She was very brusk and dismissive of my symptoms and concerns. I did not feel like I could ask the questions I had, because the ones I tried to ask were met with derision. Clearly, she is very knowledgeable, but her bedside manner is poor. I would not schedule an appointment with her again.
