It was a sad and very disappointing experience. I initially went to her through Employee Assistance's 3 free sessions, and she was so helpful that I continued thereafter. She grew increasingly impatient, and in telehealth appts clearly kept looking away, above my head. She was apparently looking at a clock. She was rude, didn't listen, would cut me off and make snap judgments without hearing me out. By the end, she was actually doing harm and not good. I would warn people away from her.

Roseanne refused me as a client because I am transgender. I wasn't looking for a specialist, but also wasn't expecting to be turned away based on an aspect of my identity.

I cannot thank Dr. Vecchione enough! She helped me work through and overcome my severe panic attacks. Her approach is very personalized — she is kind, caring, understanding, and a great listener and teacher.

I consider myself extremely fortunate that I have found such a caring person who I believe to be the best therapist - ever! I previously had horrible experiences with other therapists who "went through the motions", were disengaged and didn't seem to make any effort to provide treatment specific to me as an individual. Roseanne is non-judgmental, trustworthy, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and diligent in providing the best individual care. She is absolutely committed to your wellbeing!
