During the fall of 2020, I brought my three teens to Rose Kihara and we all rec'd our flu shots. She had been recommended to me several times by various family members and friends, and because I wanted to stay away from hospitals, I decided to go there. First, her administrative assistant was very helpful and pleasant and explained that we would be the only ones with an appt. at that time. Two of my family members are immuno compromised, so I asked a lot of questions. Second, I found the place spotless, calm and pleasant. Both she and her admin. assistant were very professional and attentive. I would not hesitate to go back.

They don't give vaccines. What kind of practice can't provide vaccines? The receptionist is rude. The lobby door isn't fire safe, but they lock it when people are inside. The facilities aren't routinely cleaned.
