Rosalina Santos, LPC

Rosalina Santos is the most lazy director and rudest person I've ever met at this clinic. I needed another psychiatrist in this clinic but, turns out the only psychiatrists I can see are the one I'm seeing there. She was no help to me and even left me there with the psychiatrists even on the phone telehealth calls to resolve the problem which she did not do. She didn't care and was silent and brushed it off as an incident and excuse that I've was making. Rosalina should be suspended or worse fired for her misconduct I've suffered at this unprofessional,rude,rushed place that they think they know what they are doing but, are sick. Avoid talking to Rosalina she will not resolve anything. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
