She showed up to the session 8 minutes late, saying she had to eat. Her room was disorganized and dirty - very unprofessional appearance altogether. I discussed my situation for about 10 minutes, and she had very little to say. She talked about how she coped with stress. I thanked and logged off after 15 minutes, feeling it was such a waste of time and money. I received her report today saying I have anxiety disorder, am a depressed narcissist. How can she say this after 15 minutes of meeting with me? She should be revoked of her license. She should not be meeting with clients. Dangerous.

Rosalie Lynch was judgmental and rude. She began our call with, 'Wow, a lot of boxes checked, what's wrong with you?' - after I had checked: anxiety, depression, insomnia. She was counterproductive and borderline hurtful - it was laughable. Sharing to warn other patients looking for helpful, empathetic care.

I can't tell you about Rosalie Lynch, because I made a telehealth appointment and she never showed up. Then a few hours later she reschedules me for a week out. No excuse or reason given. Sorry Ms. Lynch, that is terrible service.
