0 stars Our regular eye doctor retired so we looked for someone new. Our insurance sent us to this place. WE TRUSTED THEM! My husband and I both had appts. The exams were rushed and did not feel complete. I have been wearing glasses since I was 6 so I should know what a real exam is. We were told we had clogged glands along our eyelashes and would need special masks, eye drops and eye wash to clear up the clogs. $350 out of pocket. A warm wet washcloth does the same thing. They got my husband's prescription WRONG!! The new glasses caused pain and pulling. When we called they said it would take time to adjust. I asked to speak to a manager she never called me back. They forgot to send the referral for cataract surgery for me. I had to remind them to do that. They MISSED the secondary cataract altogether. They scheduled my husband for a reexam and still got the prescription wrong and billed us for it since they maxed out his benefits. Filed formal complaints. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
