Dr. Rong Cai could definitely work on listening to his patient at hand, not sure as a PCP, but with walk-in patients most definitely. Holding more compassion and taking the patient more seriously would definitely be beneficial as well and practicing patience. During my visit, I was cut off multiple times when asked to explain my symptoms and told all the reasons in the world why they “meant nothing serious”. Because of this, a lot of things got miscommunicated and ignored, and I was left unconfident in my condition and his diagnosis. I am now going on day 14 with this illness, with worse symptoms and having to go to urgent care this time, hoping for a doctor who takes me a little more seriously.
