Ms Bryant was compassionate, thorough and explained so I was able to understand. She made me very comfortable with healing hands. I can't put my finger in it, but Ms. Bryant did make me feel better.

Appointment was identical to previous reviews. This so-called medical professional mis-represented my exam and wrote in wrong information. She mentioned she had seen worse conditions as if to minimize mine. Her opinion seemed to be decided before the exam even started. It is sad that the status of real injuries suffered by the men and women who defended this country are placed in her hands to weigh an opinion.

Everyone should avoid this place especially if you’re a veteran. Call your QTC and request to be booked with someone else. During my C&P exam the whole time she was unprofessional, condescending, very dismissive of my questions and concerns. She bragged about working as a medical provider for the correctional facility and stated that she had inmates with the same complications. At this point I do not trust the providers decision or comments she wrote down on my exam.

If you're a Veteran and you get her for your C&P exam call VA, VES, LHI, QTC or whoever made the appointment and request to be booked with someone else even if you have to drive farther. She wrote things and did things during my C&P exam that were just flat out wrong. She has some sort of bias against Veterans as she has worked for VA and a prison in the past. She treated me like an inmate the whole time and bragged about working in prison seeing people with the same complaints who were just trying to get over.
