Listened to me. Order all proper tests that my orthosurgeon at a different organization didn't to try and find out what was going on.I agreed with referrals and treatment plan at that point. Wrote an acurrate medical record according to my symptoms, which previous dr didn't. Felt like I was in better hands from a previous TERRIBLE situation with my orthosurgeon.

I went to visit him in Short Pump location. He is professional, knowledgeable, well informed & efficient. No wait time??. All the staffs are friendly, courteous & efficient ??

Doc (PA) great, staff horrible. Scheduling is a nightmare, nurses don't call back either, and the Physician's assistant (he) took 3 weeks to get me a referral that he had promised he would do within the same week. Even after 3 weeks I didn't get the referral until I poked and prodded. So after 3 weeks, I called back to find out what happened to my referral he was going to make to pain management? He hadn't done it. Then after 2 days he did deliver on his promise, but still took another 5 more days to get the staff at the place he referred me to to get me an appointment on the books. This shouldn't be hard, whereas they both work at the same hospital MCV/ VCU Health and in the same location their west end location, and the same building 1 floor up. And he knew the guy too, and said something about was having dinner with him that week or a meeting or something that involved them seeing each other face to face, maybe it was the same club like racquetball or something. SLOW
