The wait was minimal. Had my eye dilated some dark plastic inserts for my glasses would have been nice. Went home squinting all the way.

I found that Dr Anderson was very cold and not caring. Just another patient. This was my 4th visit. Not impressed.

Excellent 1st visit
Took my parents for initial visit with new eye Dr. They were very pleased with visit. Their examinations were thorough and very professional. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. Drs assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. And Dr. was very attentive and patient in his assessment. He listened and answered all my parents questions. So as a whole, it was a satisfactory and effective visit. Looking forward to going back.

Great doctor!

Annual Routine Eye Exam
What stood out about my visit was the way everyone was so professional. They were nice, and really caring. I was always explained everything throughly, and was always able to ask any question, or express any concern that I may have had about the procedure, that was being done. The staff, and the doctor made me feel calm, and not nervous. I would highly recommend the Eye Experts, because my experience with them, was a pleasant one.

Very professional
It was my first visit with this doctor and I was very impressed he was knowledgeable and informative, he did his job and when I asked what a certain term meant he was not belittling in any way shape or form. When I asked him to give me his opinion he did not hesitate for one split second. He was honest and straightforward. The kind of guy that you want to be in a Lifeboat with or if you are stuck in a plane crash.

Poorly managed and trained staff.
Staff poorly trained. Charged me for examination I did not want. One did not how to do examination. Another did not know how adjust machinery. 2 hours of waiting and repeated tests for a 3 min consolation with the Dr. The AI chat I used for free on my own after was more informative. Only good for giving a prescription. If I could get the meds without them I would.
