Ronald Morehouse, PA-C

I cannot overstate how appalling my experience with Ronald Morehouse was. From the moment the appointment began, his attitude was dismissive and downright hostel. He clearly has no business working in healthcare, where compassion and professionalism are supposed to come first. He was rude, condescending, and acted like my concerns were a waste of his time. To put it bluntly, he came across as a bitter old man who has absolutely no patience for his job or the people he's supposed to be helping. His behavior was so in professional that it bordered on outright disrespect. If you're looking for someone who actually listens, treats you with dignity, and genuinely cares about your well-being, stay far away from this man. You shouldn't be allowed to interact with patients, let alone practice medicine or represent banner health urgent Care.

I met with Ronald via Banner telehealth. He was extremely inconsiderate, rude, and should no longer be in practice. He began bashing on Honor Health. I scheduled this visit to discuss how the antibiotics I was prescribed were not working as I am day 5 in and still not feeling well. He states “so what do you want from me”, and I respond back “well I’d assume to be feeling better a day or two after beginning medication”. His response “So you are one of those people. Not all medications cure quickly.” Thank you Ronald for being unless and now I am being stuck with a bill for your visit in which you did not help.

Ronald was great, asked questions about the reason I was seeing him via telehealth. Digged dip to understand what was going on since this was a virtual call and not a in person visit. I’m in the medical field myself so I understand that virtual calls are complex at times. He answered all my questions and made it short and sweet. He joked and had me at ease with the treatment plan of care he gave me. I would highly recommend Ronald to family and friends. Thank you!

If you are thinking of doing a Banner Health visit via Telemedicine, don’t do it because this man is the doctor and he is the worst. Very unprofessional and has no empathy whatsoever. Banner you need to remove this man from your company!

My brother recently became sick with Covid and used this provider via a telehealth visit. He was terrible. He stated he would call my brother back later in the afternoon to allow him time to take a different test to confirm Covid positive. Not only did Ronald NOT call back, but he charted that my brother declined medication which is a LIE and false documentation. My brother found this out when he contacted his PCP and the PCP told what Ronald had documented. The only reason my brother requested a provider visit in the first place was to get medication in order to ease his symptoms, but thanks to Ronald that is impossible because too many days have passed.

This man is beyond rude and judgemental. He is so bitter and angry that I feel sorry for him!

Arrogant and unwilling to do anything. Couldnt be more frustrated with a lazy individual

He lacked empathy. He was degrading and disrespectful. He did not provide any medical help. I had to reach out to his manager to make a complaint.

He was rude, unethical and lacked empathy. He was demeaning, arrogant and disrespectful. He disregarded me as a human being and should not be in healthcare. Please stay away if you have health needs.

Doesn't to you about your symptoms, medical history, or medications you're unable to take. Seems to be unable to deviate from one plan of treatment (I've seen him twice for two different things and same treatment model each time), no matter what is wrong with you. I've been bulldozed plenty by men throughout my life, but he is one of the worst I've experienced. I ended the appointment early and had to seek care elsewhere. His refusal to acknowledge drug interactions is outright dangerous.

He was not helpful and very disrespectful on the phone. Has no concerns on how to help with my health nor was paying attention to my concerns
