I saw Ron regularly for well over 20 years, in treatment for the PTSD of an emotionally and intellectually abusive background. His help and consistent message to release the constant internal criticism and stress that bound me were essential in transforming my life, moving me into a place of being able to trust and finally enjoy myself and my life.

I went to Dr. Graef for depression symptoms in high school and he was great. I stuck with him after trying a few other therapists because he actually listened and treated me with respect instead of trying to act like a parent and tell me what to do.
