I was supposed to have this person reach out to me after I made a large step in my life and accepted I was an alcoholic and was ready to take the first steps toward a better life.Post consultation (not free), there were multiple attempts to have this individual take a moment of his day to contact me, all for nothing. Multiple calls. Apparently emails. Not a text. An email. A carrier pigeon.I can only hope that the next person that takes a big step in their life and reaches out for help gets something better than this. We are all told to reach to search for help. You wonder why some don’t. This was a great example. The experience was incredibly deflating.Thanks for nothing.

Rodney is solid thru and thru. He is patient, informative and responsive to your needs. He will hold you accountable in a manner that quite frankly shows he genuinely cares. Our Creator has Angels residing all over the planet. He's one of them.

Me. Isaacs has been one of the few counselors who listen and actually HEAR. He is a solid human being with a gentle spirit, seems to love what he does and makes you feel so.....right at home. He gave me a completed sense of being UNDERSTOOD! This is extraordinary as most therapist types seem to be referring to books as opposed to digging into and sharing their own life challenges. Mr. Isaacs has made a huge difference in my recovery.
