Throughout the years I have been treated by many Audiologists who fitted me with a variety of hearing aids, each of them proved unsatisfactory -- but Dr. Robyn Shapiro is truly the best I've ever encountered. She is caring, concerned, immediately available and most important, an expert in her field. The devices she selected function perfectly...a first for me! It is my pleasure to recommend her.

Roboyn came to my home with all necessary equipment, She was very helpful, in that I had lost my previous hearing aid, and was very willing to help me replace them affordably. She demonstrated all the features of the hearing aids and showed me how to use the phone app which can locate where I might have lost them. She is very caring and expects to follow up with me as to how the new hearing aid is working out. The hearing aid allows me to use my cell phone through the hearing aid, amazing.I am very impressed with her as a person and a professional
