I had an office visit with Robyn in July. I had an in-office procedure with the doctor in August. In early September I had pain and called her to ask what to do. No one called back until 11 days later

She explained, listened, and gave good advice about further things I needed to do.

Robyn saw my 88 year old mother on a Monday. She left a voicemail the next day, Tuesday, instructing my mother to call a 1-800 number for an "appointment". The 1-800 did not have orders from Robyn. My mother and I both called her office multiple times a day for help and information from Roby or anyone. I finally got a return call from Robyn on a Friday at 11:30 am only to be instructed to take my mother to the ER! It was a holiday weekend, so what easily should have been outpatient antibiotics could now only be started as inpatient for a serious antibiotic resistant urinary infection. My mom will have a 5 day hospital/ER bill. Robyn was rude to me and made excuses for her lack of care. DO NOT SEE HER. I retired from health care and am sympathetic to the demands and limitations of the job, but I know nonsense excuses too. Would she treat her own mother this way? Her supervising physician Dr Badwan, also declined to return my call to discuss my mother's care.

Robyn was very thorough, professional and friendly. I am a new patient. I was very happy with the service I received and I have scheduled a followup appointment.
