Do not expect Robin Zeller to submit your forms for insurance reimbursement. She will make up dozens of excuses including IRS issues and a mysterious and unknown third party but in general is incompetent to do very basic things like filling out a form.
Eight months ago we paid Dr. Zeller $4500 to replace the defective hearing aids she hard-sold to replace working hearing aids. Part of her fee was to submit paperwork to insurance. So far, she has refused to do so blaming her IRS issues (can't make this up) and an unknown firm that does her billing. All that was required was for her to send a form all health providers fill out. We even gave her a stamped addressed envelope to mail the insurance form. Apparently Dr. Zeller is incapable of doing so.
