Makes me feel at ease, she is knowledgeable, kind, and puts my best interests first.

Dr. West prescribed a medication to my family member that we asked her not to and now that family member is gravely ill. Her answer to that is that she will now put the medication down as an allergy. Really, wow. She should not practice medicine, period! The office staff is rude and they don't call you back,EVER. They want to charge for every little thing. Very, very poor practice.

Robin West was great. Her office staff I’ve not had one good experience with. My first visit the lady was rude & short, acted like she didn’t want to be there. I’ve had nothing but issues with billing. They have billed the wrong insurance & multiple times I have called to correct them & they have yet to fix it. This is for an appointment I had in June 2022. They are putting the blame on me when I have documentation from my insurance showing the mistake is on their end. My insurance company has even tried to call to get it corrected & they don’t answer. They are refusing the correct a mistake they made. I had an appointment I needed to reschedule due to my basement flooding, I called numerous times, left messages with no response & now I am being billed for a no call no show. i have asked for a statement of my charges, they refuse to send one, instead I keep getting “courtesy” text reminding me of my balance & now being threatened with sending my account to collections.

Ms. West is not the person to go to for Lymphedema, she has just enough knowledge to be dangerous. She knows a small amount about it from talking with a doctor in AZ, and runs with that, thinking she now knows all about it. I don’t know who to recommend in KC, but this is not the person to go to for diagnosis.

Poor business practice, I have been a patient over 5 yrs. arrived at my appt and was denied because I didn’t have my $40 copay, called back later and was told I can’t make appt until I pay $50 no show fee. Not sure why I couldn’t owe $40 if I would be billed $50. I wasn’t told when I left and ask to speak to Dr West and was denied to speak to her. So I will find a new doctors office

Immediately felt at ease and am receiving excellent care. Very friendly yet professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Robin is an amazing family doctor. I have always been skeptical of doctors but her knowledge, compassion and honesty erases any skepticism. I trust her not only w/ my health but the health and well being of my children. A truly gifted doctor!

She takes the time to listen to you and cares about your health. She referred me to a surgeon, which at first I was hesitant to go to because I couldn't get in for another month and a half & it was at Research, which I heard bad things about. I found out the wait was worth it. The surgeon she referred me to was also as caring as she was & the surgery was a success. I highly recommend Robin West to anyone.

Robin is the most caring healthcare provider I have ever known. When you visit her for something, she looks at the big picture and outside the box to make sure she covers all the bases.

I have been with Robin for 5+ years, she is very efficient & knows her field. Without her I would be in terrible pain.
